One Week In

  • ZERO fast food
  • Reduced soda to one diet soda per day
  • No processed Carbs
  • Lots of fresh vegetables
  • Reduced Calorie Intake
  • At least 60 ounces of water per day
  • At least 10,000 steps per day
  • At least 30 minutes of “moderate activity” to get my heart rate up

It’s been a good first week…. here’s to next week!

    Of your list above, which one was most easy for you to accomplish and which was the hardest to accomplish? At the beginning of the week did you already think each one ( the easiest and the hardest) would end up being that way? Did that make any sense?!!

    Driving past the fast food was easiest… just had to focus on getting up earlier and prepping a healthy breakfast. Hardest is drinking 60+ ounces of water… adding flavors to it helped keep it interesting but LOTS of bathroom breaks.

    I actually thought the 10,000 steps would be the hardest
